Position Summary:

The Chief Finance & Operating Officer (CFOO) will be responsible for providing strategic leadership across financial management and operational functions. This pivotal role demands a comprehensive approach to driving organizational performance, financial optimization, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards

Lead operational optimization initiatives to enhance organizational productivity

Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on financial and operational matters

Develop and maintain robust financial control systems

Drive cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency across the organization

Manage and supervise finance and operations teams

Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance

Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis

Qualifications and Requirements:

UAE Nationality (Mandatory)

Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Proven track record of leadership in finance and operations

Extensive experience at mid-senior executive levels

Strong strategic planning and implementation skills

Advanced financial management expertise

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proven ability to drive organizational transformation

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications (CPA, MBA)

Experience in multinational or complex organizational environments

Demonstrated track record of financial innovation and operational excellence
