Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Business Officer to drive our growth within the real estate valuation sector. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in banking and real estate development, coupled with a strategic vision for business expansion.

Experience Required

7 – 10 years in Business Development or similar role

Must have experience in UAE real estate/banking sectors

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

Develop and execute strategies targeting banks, financial institutions, and developers

Drive expansion of client base through strategic initiatives

Client Acquisition

Leverage existing industry relationships

Forge new connections to secure valuation contracts

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads

Market Analysis

Research industry trends and competitor activities

Analyze client needs to ensure service competitiveness

Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly

Team Collaboration

Work closely with valuation, sales, marketing, and legal teams

Ensure professional delivery of client requirements

Foster cross-departmental cooperation

Business Development

Prepare and deliver client proposals

Negotiate favorable contracts

Present to prospective clients

Meet or exceed sales targets

Client Relations

Manage service-level agreements with banks

Handle high-level client inquiries

Oversee client onboarding processes

Represent company at industry events

Requirements

Professional Experience

Proven track record as Chief Business Officer or Business Development Manager

Experience in real estate valuation or related field

Established network within UAE's banking and real estate sectors

Knowledge & Skills

In-depth understanding of real estate valuation processes

Strong knowledge of UAE market trends

Comprehensive understanding of financial products and property valuations

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field

MBA preferred
