Job Description

UPPERCASE Group is a global team of lawyers, tax consultants, and accountants, united by an international infrastructure, specializing in legal business start-ups worldwide. With over 4,000 customers and 5 branches across 2 countries, UPPERCASE Group is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead their accounting outsourcing department in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Management of Accounting Outsourcing:

Oversee and manage the accounting outsourcing business in the UAE.

Develop and implement an accounting outsourcing strategy in collaboration with the Head of UC ACCOUNTING INTERNATIONAL.

Define goals and objectives, assess risks, and ensure the effective implementation of strategies.

Team Leadership and Development:

Train and develop the accounting outsourcing department.

Improve internal business processes and introduce new technologies and working methods.

Manage and effectively lead a team of accountants.

Client and Partner Interaction:

Engage and interact with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and successful service delivery.

Reporting and Planning:

Prepare and present planning and reporting to the CEO and Head of UC ACCOUNTING INTERNATIONAL.

Requirements:

Experience and Expertise:

At least 5 years of accounting management experience, with specific experience in accounting outsourcing management in the UAE.

Comprehensive understanding of the consulting services market in the UAE.

In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting, financial accounting, taxation, and accounting legislation.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Language proficiency: English (C1 level), Russian (C2 level).
