Join Our Operations & Licensing Team

We are currently seeking a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our Operations & Licensing team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for a qualified financial professional to contribute to an organization focused on regulatory excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency. Role Overview

As a Chartered Accountant within the Operations & Licensing department, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing financial and regulatory procedures. Your role will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with UAE financial laws, and supporting internal teams on fiscal planning and reporting. This position demands a high level of integrity, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

The core duties include handling financial audits, managing licensing-related financial documentation, monitoring transactions for compliance, and ensuring accurate maintenance of company records. You will work alongside the operations team to implement financial controls and support decision-making through actionable insights derived from financial data.

Regulatory and Compliance Oversight

A key aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be proficient in understanding UAE corporate regulations and licensing frameworks and will assist in keeping the company compliant with all financial governance obligations.

Collaboration and Reporting

You will report directly to the senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processing. From developing monthly reports to supporting licensing applications, your role will be integral in aligning financial practices with operational needs. Effective communication and the ability to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders are essential.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are fully qualified Chartered Accountants (CA/ACA/ACCA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region. Experience in operational finance or licensing environments is a strong advantage. A strong command of accounting software, Excel proficiency, and up-to-date knowledge of IFRS standards is expected.
