Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in financial management and Middle East taxation to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience and comprehensive knowledge of regional financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

Oversee financial operations and reporting

Manage working capital and cash cycle optimization

Direct cash flow management and forecasting

Monitor and analyze ROI measurements

Implement and maintain KOPA (Key Operating Performance Areas) metrics

Taxation & Compliance

Handle ME taxation requirements and regulations

Manage VAT compliance and reporting

Ensure adherence to local financial regulations

Oversee tax planning and strategy

Systems & Reporting

Direct MIS (Management Information Systems) implementation and maintenance

Oversee financial IT systems and controls

Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks

Manage working capital oversight systems

Leadership & Strategy

Provide strategic financial guidance to management

Lead and develop finance team members

Implement best practices in financial operations

Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

Professional Chartered Accountant qualification

15+ years of finance leadership experience

Proven track record heading finance departments

Strong background in Middle East financial operations

Technical Expertise

Expert knowledge of ME taxation systems

Comprehensive understanding of VAT requirements

Proficiency in financial IT systems and MIS

Advanced cash flow management skills

Working capital optimization experience
