Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team in Dubai on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a certified accountant with a CA or ACCA qualification, demonstrating a strong command of Management Reporting and Auditing. This role is critical in providing accurate financial reports, adhering to IFRS standards, and managing financial operations within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Management Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports, including sales, collections, income statements, and balance sheets, ensuring accurate reflection of the company’s financial performance.

Revenue Recognition: Accurately recognize monthly revenue in compliance with IFRS standards.

Financial Analysis: Create detailed management reports highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators to support decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual budgets, along with quarterly financial forecasts.

Financial Statements: Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in line with IFRS guidelines.

Cash Flow Management: Develop monthly and quarterly cash flow projections and analyze various financial scenarios.

Internal Controls: Establish and implement internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory and financial standards.

Audit Preparation: Prepare audit schedules and work closely with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations to facilitate smooth audit processes.

Requirements:

Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in Management Reporting and Audit.

Industry Expertise: Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for financial reporting and presentations.

Knowledge Base: Solid understanding of IFRS standards and financial statement preparation.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide insights from financial data.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly and effectively.
