Cashier Role: The Female Cashier will be responsible for handling daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, and delivering a smooth checkout experience for all customers at Feras Sweets. She will act as the first point of contact for customers, maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude.

Customer Interaction: The role requires excellent communication skills as the cashier will greet customers, process their orders, and address queries. Building positive customer relationships and ensuring every guest leaves with a satisfying shopping experience is a key aspect of this role.

Cash & POS Management: The cashier will operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, manage credit/debit card payments, handle cash, and issue receipts accurately. She must reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring there are no discrepancies.

Accuracy & Compliance: Attention to detail is crucial, as the cashier must follow company policies for handling transactions, discounts, and refunds. She will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with financial procedures and reporting any irregularities to supervisors.

Store Support Duties: Beyond cashiering, the role may include assisting in stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness in the counter area, and supporting colleagues during busy hours. Flexibility and teamwork are highly valued in this position.

Customer Service Excellence: The Female Cashier will be expected to handle customer complaints professionally, resolve minor issues at the counter, and escalate larger concerns to supervisors. A positive and solution-oriented mindset is important.
