About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily cargo operations and team members

Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods

Monitor and optimize cargo handling processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Manage team performance and provide guidance to staff

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations

Track and report key performance indicators

Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Maintain accurate documentation and records

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics and cargo operations

Previous leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulations

Understanding of UAE customs regulations and documentation

Experience with logistics management systems

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities
