Car Sales Executive

Job Description

Role Overview – Gargash is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our Ras Al Khaimah showroom. This position is ideal for experienced automotive sales professionals with minimum 2 years of retail car sales experience who are Arabic speaking, hold a valid UAE driving license, and possess strong sales abilities to drive showroom performance and customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Sales and Customer Engagement – You will engage with showroom visitors and prospective customers, understand customer requirements and preferences, present vehicle features and benefits effectively, conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, provide professional consultations on vehicle options, financing, and insurance, build customer relationships, and guide customers through the sales process to successful vehicle purchases.

Showroom Sales Performance – You will achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives, manage sales pipeline effectively, convert showroom leads into sales, follow up with prospects consistently, maximize sales opportunities, track personal sales metrics, demonstrate consistent sales performance, and contribute to overall showroom revenue growth and market share.

Product Knowledge and Presentation – You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of all vehicle models, specifications, features, pricing, promotions, and financing options. You will stay updated on new vehicle launches and product updates, effectively communicate vehicle advantages, compare models to help customers make informed decisions, and provide expert guidance on vehicle selection.

Test Drive Coordination – You will coordinate and conduct professional test drive experiences, ensure customers experience vehicle features firsthand, demonstrate vehicle technology and capabilities, conduct safe and engaging test drives, highlight vehicle performance and comfort, address customer questions during test drives, and create positive experiences that facilitate buying decisions.

Negotiation and Deal Closing – You will negotiate pricing and terms professionally, present financing options and packages, work within pricing guidelines and authorization levels, overcome objections effectively, close sales deals, process sales documentation, coordinate with finance and insurance teams, and ensure smooth transaction completion that satisfies customers and meets business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management – You will build and maintain long-term customer relationships, provide excellent after-sales service and support, follow up with customers post-purchase, encourage customer referrals, handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, maintain customer databases in CRM systems, and foster customer loyalty that supports repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.

Financing and Insurance Coordination – You will assist customers with financing applications, explain financing options and terms, coordinate with banks and finance companies, facilitate loan approvals, present insurance options, coordinate insurance processing, ensure customers understand financing and insurance commitments, and support customers through financial aspects of vehicle purchases.

Administrative and Documentation – You will complete sales documentation accurately including sales contracts, registration paperwork, and delivery documentation. You will process sales orders, coordinate with back-office teams, ensure proper documentation for vehicle handover, maintain sales records, prepare daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with sales procedures and documentation requirements.

Market Intelligence and Competitive Awareness – You will stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and customer preferences. You will gather market intelligence through customer interactions, monitor competitive activities, share market insights with management, and leverage market knowledge to strengthen sales effectiveness and competitive positioning.

Showroom Standards and Presentation – You will maintain professional showroom appearance and standards, ensure vehicles are displayed attractively, keep showroom areas clean and organized, represent the brand professionally, adhere to dress code and conduct standards, and contribute to creating welcoming showroom environment that enhances brand image and customer experience.
