Job Overview: The Camp Admin will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of worker accommodations across various project sites. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will handle camp administration, staff allocation, housing arrangements, and coordination with vendors and contractors for maintenance and supplies. Additionally, they will be accountable for maintaining discipline within the camp and ensuring adherence to company standards and UAE labor laws.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates with 8–10 years of proven experience in camp management, ideally within oil & gas or EPC companies. The ideal applicant should be detail-oriented, capable of handling large workforces, and able to resolve issues related to housing, catering, and staff welfare efficiently.

Key Contributions: The Camp Admin will serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding accommodation and related concerns. They will ensure all logistical aspects are managed seamlessly, enabling the workforce to remain focused on project execution without disruptions.
