Position Overview
As a Call Centre Sales Representative, you will be responsible for converting inbound calls into sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service. This role combines consultative selling with customer relationship management to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls professionally and convert them into sales opportunities
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
Follow up with potential customers and maintain relationships
Process orders and maintain customer database
Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques
Participate in regular sales training and team meetings
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication skills in English
Basic computer proficiency
Strong customer service orientation
UAE residency or eligible to work in UAE
