Call Centre Sales Agent

Job Description

Role Overview – Housekeeping Co. is hiring a Call Centre Sales Agent in Dubai with a salary of AED 4,000 - 4,500 plus commission and all benefits as per UAE Labor Law. This full-time position requires minimum 2 years UAE experience with strong sales and customer service background, proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, CRM systems, and helpdesk/ticketing platforms. Immediate joiners and candidates on tourist or cancelled visas will be given priority.

Outbound Sales Calling – You will conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote housekeeping and cleaning services, generate leads, present service offerings, explain service packages and pricing, engage prospects effectively, qualify customer needs, schedule service appointments, convert leads into sales, and achieve monthly sales targets through persuasive telephone sales.

Inbound Customer Service and Sales – You will handle inbound customer calls professionally, respond to inquiries about housekeeping services, provide information on service packages and pricing, address customer questions, process service bookings, upsell additional services, handle service requests, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through excellent customer service and sales skills.

Sales Target Achievement – You will achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and commission-earning objectives, maintain high conversion rates, manage daily call volumes, track personal sales performance, implement effective sales techniques, maximize sales opportunities, demonstrate consistent achievement of assigned sales goals, and drive revenue through successful call center sales.

Customer Relationship Management – You will build positive customer relationships through professional telephone interactions, understand customer cleaning and housekeeping needs, provide personalized service recommendations, maintain customer satisfaction, follow up with customers, encourage repeat business, generate referrals, and create loyal customer base through quality service and relationship building.

CRM Systems Management – You will demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems by logging all customer interactions, updating customer information, tracking leads and opportunities, managing sales pipeline, recording bookings and service requests, maintaining accurate customer databases, generating reports, and utilizing CRM effectively for sales and customer management.

Helpdesk/Ticketing Platform Usage – You will use helpdesk and ticketing platforms to manage customer service requests, create tickets for service bookings, track service delivery status, coordinate with operations teams, update ticket status, resolve customer issues, maintain service request documentation, and ensure efficient service coordination through ticketing systems.

MS Excel Data Management – You will utilize MS Excel proficiency for sales reporting and data management including creating sales spreadsheets, tracking leads and conversions, maintaining customer lists, preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, using formulas for calculations, organizing information systematically, and managing sales data efficiently.

MS Outlook Communication – You will use MS Outlook effectively for email communication, managing calendars and appointments, scheduling service bookings, coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining organized inbox, following up via email, sending service confirmations, and managing professional email correspondence.

Lead Generation and Qualification – You will generate sales leads through outbound calling campaigns, qualify prospects based on service needs and budget, identify decision-makers, assess customer requirements, determine service fit, prioritize high-potential leads, maintain lead databases, and ensure continuous flow of quality prospects for conversion.

Service Booking and Coordination – You will process service bookings accurately, collect customer details and service requirements, schedule cleaning appointments, coordinate with operations teams on service delivery, confirm bookings with customers, manage booking changes or cancellations, track booking status, and ensure smooth booking and service coordination.

Upselling and Cross-Selling – You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with customers, recommend additional services such as deep cleaning, specialized cleaning, regular maintenance contracts, or premium packages, explain service benefits, increase transaction value, maximize revenue per customer, and achieve upselling targets.

Customer Service Excellence – You will provide excellent customer service by listening actively to customer needs, responding professionally to inquiries and concerns, resolving service issues, handling complaints tactfully, demonstrating patience and empathy, maintaining courteous demeanor, and ensuring positive customer experiences that support satisfaction and retention.

Product and Service Knowledge – You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning services offered including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, specialized services, service packages, pricing, service areas, and company capabilities, enabling you to guide customers expertly.
