ob Overview: GA Group is actively hiring an experienced Call Centre Representative for our Sharjah location. We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented individual who is fluent in Arabic and English and preferably has experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Customer Service Excellence: As a call centre representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and with empathy.

Healthcare Coordination: You’ll be responsible for managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, and answering queries related to hospital services, insurance, and procedures.

Communication Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, as the role requires handling a diverse range of clients across different backgrounds and nationalities.

Multitasking & Accuracy: You will need strong multitasking abilities to handle call logs, update patient records, and coordinate with internal hospital departments while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Calm Under Pressure: The ideal candidate should be able to remain calm and helpful even during peak hours or while dealing with urgent cases, showing compassion and patience.

Healthcare Experience Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment will be given strong preference, as knowledge of medical procedures and systems is beneficial.
