Job Description

Job Overview: Star Services LLC is currently hiring Call Centre Agents for its growing operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals who can handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. If you’re passionate about customer service and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Customer Interaction: As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process service requests, and ensure that every interaction ends with customer satisfaction and a positive experience.

Call Handling Responsibilities: Your role includes answering high volumes of calls, accurately recording customer data, and resolving issues within defined SLAs. Multitasking, typing while speaking, and maintaining a friendly tone are essential.

CRM & Ticketing Systems: You will work with internal CRM tools and ticketing systems to log each interaction, track service requests, and follow up when necessary. Attention to detail and system accuracy is critical in this role.

Product & Process Knowledge: You will be trained to understand company products, services, and processes. Applying this knowledge effectively during conversations will allow you to resolve issues quickly and build customer trust.

Team Collaboration: Though much of your work is individual, you’ll be part of a supportive team. You’ll coordinate with supervisors, team leads, and other departments to escalate or route inquiries as needed.

Soft Skills & Etiquette: Excellent communication, patience, and problem-solving are essential. You'll be expected to handle irate customers professionally and defuse conflict situations tactfully and respectfully.
