Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking professional Call Centre Agents to handle customer interactions, provide solutions, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Arabic) with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system

Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Follow standard operating procedures and call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow

Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain service consistency

Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

Required Qualifications

Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)

Previous experience in BPO/Call Centre operations preferred

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus

Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Patient and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Experience with CRM systems

Typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Basic troubleshooting abilities
