Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic BPO team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with prior experience in customer service and call centre operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Manage inbound and outbound customer communication

Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Maintain accurate and detailed customer records

Meet performance and quality metrics

Collaborate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

Proven experience in BPO/Call Centre operations

Fluent in English and Arabic

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer-focused mindset

Basic computer skills

Job Details:

Competitive Salary

Shift: 17 Shifts | Rotational

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day rotational off
