We are seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service in our call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of call center representatives
• Monitor call quality and provide real-time feedback to improve performance
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff
• Manage schedules and monitor attendance to ensure adequate coverage
• Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports for upper management
• Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
