A leading healthcare organization in Dubai seeks an experienced Call Center Representative to deliver exceptional patient communication services. This critical frontline role combines medical knowledge with customer service excellence to support our healthcare delivery system.

Patient Interaction Management

You will handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls, serving as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance partners. Your professional communication will schedule appointments, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate healthcare information with empathy and precision.

Medical Administrative Support

The role requires processing prescription refills, test results, and referral requests while maintaining strict confidentiality. Your healthcare background enables you to navigate medical terminology and protocols efficiently within fast-paced clinical environments.

Insurance Coordination

You'll verify patient coverage, explain benefits, and process pre-authorizations with insurance providers. Your ability to translate complex medical billing concepts into clear explanations will enhance patient understanding and satisfaction.

Crisis Communication

Handling urgent calls with composure, you'll triage emergency situations by following established protocols while coordinating with medical teams. Your calm demeanor ensures proper escalation of critical health situations.

Healthcare Systems Proficiency

The position demands fluency with electronic health records (EHR) and hospital information systems. Your technical skills will ensure accurate data entry and seamless information flow between patients and healthcare providers.

Quality Assurance Compliance

You'll adhere to Dubai Health Authority regulations while documenting all interactions meticulously. Your attention to detail maintains compliance with healthcare privacy laws and service quality standards.
