Role Overview: Reach Group is hiring Call Center / Customer Service Agents to join its customer care operations in Ajman, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer support and are ready to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where client satisfaction is the top priority.
Customer Engagement: In this role, you will be the first line of communication with customers over the phone. You’ll handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and offer timely resolutions to ensure a smooth and helpful customer experience at every interaction.
Issue Resolution: As part of the support team, your key responsibility will be to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. You will document complaints, escalate unresolved matters where necessary, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Call Handling & Accuracy: You will maintain detailed records of every customer call using internal systems and tools. Attention to detail and data accuracy will be important to help track customer history and improve future interactions.
Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Arabic is essential, and knowledge of English is highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse customers. The ability to handle multiple calls and manage time effectively will also be crucial in this role.
Professional Demeanor: A courteous, calm, and professional tone is expected during every customer interaction. You must be able to stay patient and composed under pressure, especially when handling complaints or difficult cases.
Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in the UAE and can join immediately, as the positions need to be filled on priority. Prior call center experience will be a strong asset.
