Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Agent for PACT Employment Services in Ras Al Khaimah, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support primarily in Arabic and English languages, particularly within the retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Receive and manage incoming calls from customers.

Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or customer service surveys.

Customer Follow-Up:

Communicate with customers via telephone or email to resolve inquiries or issues.

Provide information about services and products as necessary.

Shift Work and Schedule:

Work on rotating shifts as per the call center schedule.

Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Requirements:

Language Skills:

Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a call center agent specifically in the retail banking sector.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in any field related to business, communication, or customer service.

Location Requirement:

Must be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate employment.
