Position Overview:

PACT Employment Services is seeking a proficient Call Center Agent to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Arabic and English, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a call center role, preferably within retail banking.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and professionally.

Follow up with customers via telephone or email to address their queries and concerns.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

Maintain and update customer records accurately.

Work on shifts as required, ensuring availability to assist customers at all times.

Required to work 6 days a week, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a call center agent, preferably in retail banking.

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proficiency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Must be currently available in the UAE.
