Job Description

Role Overview – Tajmeel Clinic is hiring a Call Center Agent for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for customer-focused professionals with strong communication skills, healthcare sector knowledge, and the ability to handle patient inquiries, schedule medical appointments, coordinate clinic services, and deliver exceptional patient support within a medical clinic and healthcare environment.

Patient Appointment Scheduling and Booking – You will manage patient appointment scheduling by answering incoming calls from patients, booking medical appointments with doctors and specialists, scheduling consultations, treatments, and procedures, coordinating appointment times with physician availability, confirming appointment details with patients, sending appointment confirmations and reminders, and managing clinic appointment calendars efficiently.

Patient Inquiry Management and Support – You will manage patient inquiries and provide support by responding to questions about clinic services, medical treatments, procedures, and specialties, providing information about doctor qualifications and expertise, explaining treatment options and consultation processes, addressing patient concerns professionally, and ensuring patients receive accurate, helpful information.

Inbound and Outbound Call Handling – You will handle inbound and outbound calls by answering patient calls promptly and professionally, making outbound calls for appointment reminders, confirmation calls, and follow-ups, conducting patient satisfaction surveys when needed, handling call volumes during peak hours, and maintaining courteous, efficient telephone communication.

Medical Services and Treatment Information – You will provide medical services and treatment information by explaining clinic services (aesthetic treatments, dermatology, cosmetic procedures, general consultations, or other specialties depending on clinic focus), discussing treatment packages and pricing, providing pre-appointment instructions, explaining preparation requirements for procedures, and helping patients understand available services.

Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation Management – You will manage appointment rescheduling and cancellations by processing patient requests to reschedule or cancel appointments, updating appointment systems accordingly, offering alternative appointment slots, coordinating with clinic operations on schedule changes, minimizing appointment gaps, and maintaining optimal clinic scheduling efficiency.

Patient Registration and Data Management – You will manage patient registration and data by collecting patient information during call bookings, entering patient details into clinic management systems, updating patient records and contact information, maintaining accurate patient databases, verifying patient identity and information, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Insurance Verification and Coordination – You will coordinate insurance verification and processing by collecting patient insurance information, verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, coordinating with insurance providers on approvals and pre-authorizations, explaining insurance coverage for treatments, processing insurance-related inquiries, and supporting patients with insurance-related questions.

Payment and Billing Inquiries – You will handle payment and billing inquiries by providing information about treatment costs and pricing, explaining payment options and packages, processing payment confirmations when applicable, coordinating with billing department on payment questions, addressing billing concerns, and ensuring clear communication about financial aspects.
