Role Overview

Canadian Specialist Hospital is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Call Center Agent will play a vital role in enhancing patient experience and supporting the hospital’s commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you will manage incoming calls from patients, provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, and physicians, and assist with appointment scheduling and confirmations. You will handle patient inquiries professionally, resolve concerns efficiently, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Maintaining accurate call records, updating patient information in the system, and ensuring confidentiality of medical data will be essential aspects of your role. You will also coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and a seamless patient journey from inquiry to service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within the healthcare sector in the UAE. Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and professional phone manner, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or hospital management systems are preferred. A patient-focused attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible shifts are important for success in this role.
