Job Description

Role Overview: WeSource HR is actively looking for motivated and dynamic Call Center Agents to join our growing customer support team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, resolving inquiries, and providing professional assistance to clients across diverse industries including eCommerce, last-mile delivery, and quick commerce services.

Customer Interaction: As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency, professionalism, and empathy. You will address customer inquiries, manage complaints, and provide accurate information about services. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Operational Support: This position requires supporting the company’s service functions by updating customer records, logging call outcomes, and ensuring accurate documentation in internal systems. The role also involves providing follow-ups when required and escalating cases to supervisors when issues demand specialized attention.

Team Collaboration: Call Center Agents will work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet collective performance goals. Collaboration and active participation in team meetings will be key in ensuring customer service standards remain consistently high.

Performance Goals: The role demands meeting specific key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, call resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Training and coaching will be provided to help employees succeed and grow within the company.

Technology and Tools: Candidates will be expected to utilize customer service software, call center systems, and CRM platforms effectively. Comfort with technology and quick adaptability to new platforms will give applicants a distinct advantage in performing daily tasks.
