Job Description
Customer Service Excellence: As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely, professional, and friendly support across all communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently and representing the company’s brand positively.
Handling Inquiries: You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with queries, process service requests, and provide solutions to concerns related to products or services. The ability to listen attentively and communicate clearly will be essential in this role.
Multilingual Communication (French Preferred): While fluency in English is a must for all candidates, at least one of the five positions requires fluency in French, both spoken and written, to cater to French-speaking customers. Bilingual candidates will have an edge for that specialized role.
Workplace Readiness & Appearance: A professional appearance and a confident tone of voice are key. You are expected to maintain a positive, respectful, and approachable demeanor while representing the company. Experience working in customer-facing roles in the UAE is highly valued.
Knowledge of UAE Freezones: Applicants with experience handling customer service operations in Freezone environments will be preferred. Familiarity with Freezone service processes, documentation, and client expectations will help you succeed quickly in this role.
Technology Use & Adaptability: You will work with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and call-handling software daily. Proficiency in using office software and a quick grasp of digital tools will be important. Training will be provided, but a tech-savvy approach is essential.
