About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join one of our esteemed clients in Dubai. This is a contract role for a duration of 3–6 months, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Your primary duties will include answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential. Candidates with their own visa are highly preferred.
