Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent with automotive industry experience to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, along with a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound sales campaigns to achieve targeted sales objectives and KPIs

Contact potential customers to promote automotive products and services

Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up on open cases until closure

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

Document and update customer information in the company's CRM system

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

Provide professional and courteous customer service throughout all interactions

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in outbound call center campaigns

Previous experience in the automotive industry

Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong sales and customer service background

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Excellent computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Essential Skills

Outstanding communication abilities in both English and Arabic

Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent multitasking capabilities

Strong problem-solving abilities

High level of self-motivation and drive

Professional phone etiquette

Additional Requirements

Must be available to start immediately

Must have valid UAE residency under Sponsor Visa, Family Visa, or Student Visa

Ability to work within the Dubai location

6-month temporary contract
