Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Call Center Agent with automotive industry experience for an outbound sales campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls for automotive-related products/services

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Handle multiple customer interactions professionally and efficiently

Follow up systematically on open cases until closure

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions

Generate detailed reports on sales activities

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in outbound call center campaigns

Prior experience in the automotive industry

Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong sales track record

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet sales targets

Experience with CRM systems and call center software

Must have valid UAE visa (Sponsor/Family/Student Visa)

Ability to work flexible hours if required

Commitment to complete 6-month contract duration
