Position Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced Call Center Agents for our Collections department to join a prestigious real estate company in Dubai. This role focuses on payment collection and requires strong persuasion skills and professional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Contact clients regarding outstanding payments and dues

Negotiate payment arrangements with customers

Handle payment-related objections professionally

Maintain accurate records of all communication and collection efforts

Meet monthly collection targets

Process and document payments received

Generate and maintain collection reports

Follow up on payment commitments

Escalate complex cases when necessary

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in collections or related call center role

Strong command of English (additional languages are an advantage)

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills

Proven track record in handling payment objections

Superior communication abilities
