Position Overview: We are currently hiring a CA Inter Qualified Accountant for our group of companies under MAKS Investments, located in Dubai Media City. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and delivering detailed reporting to support strategic financial decisions.

Core Responsibilities: The role involves managing monthly operating budgets, expense processing, account reconciliations, and ensuring robust financial documentation. You'll be responsible for preparing profit and loss statements, capital accounts, and maintaining accurate general ledger records.

Budgeting and Forecasting: The accountant will prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, analyze expenses against the operating budget, and provide insights to improve financial efficiency. Your expertise will support timely decision-making and ensure smooth cash management.

Reporting and Compliance: You will prepare and review management accounts, performance reports, tax filings, and financial statements. Ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal policies will be a critical aspect of your duties.

Audit and Verification: The candidate must conduct internal audits, verify supporting documents, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Experience handling audits and maintaining audit-ready documentation is essential.

Payroll and Software Use: In addition to accounting tasks, you’ll be responsible for payroll processing. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and salary administration will be crucial to handling this function independently.
