Role Overview:

On behalf of our client, an award-winning Business Setup Consultancy, Talent Higher is seeking a dynamic Business Setup Expert to drive new business across the UAE. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for business development and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Solutions: Structure high-impact solutions for clients related to business setup and company formation.

Client Meetings: Facilitate and participate in meetings with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs.

Product Awareness: Generate awareness about the consultancy's products and services related to business setup.

Client Assistance: Ensure clients receive necessary assistance for their business setup requirements.

Recommendations: Present business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in various UAE jurisdictions.

Client Support: Provide excellent service and keep clients updated on their business setup progress.

Administration: Complete all administrative duties associated with the role.

CRM Management: Update internal CRM processes and systems.

Communication: Regularly communicate with the Head Office in Dubai and coordinate with Saudi operations.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present monthly sales reports; participate in relevant meetings.

Cultural Awareness: Develop activities to enhance market opportunities through cultural awareness.

Marketing Contribution: Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales promotions.

Networking: Attend networking events to promote services and expand business opportunities.

Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements:

Education: Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.

Market Familiarity: Familiarity with the Saudi market and a proven track record of success in sales.

Experience: Experience in business setup/company formation is desirable but not essential.

Networking Skills: Strong networking skills with a demonstrated ability in business development.

Results-Oriented: Passionate about achieving results and exceeding sales targets.

Self-Starter: Able to manage clients independently and demonstrate initiative.
