Our consulting firm is seeking an experienced Business Setup Advisor to support clients through the complex process of business establishment and licensing in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with deep knowledge of business registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process client sales inquiries for business setup

Provide comprehensive guidance on UAE business licensing processes

Advise clients on various business structure options

Prepare and review documentation for business registration

Navigate complex regulatory requirements

Develop and maintain client relationships

Conduct initial consultations and needs assessments

Provide ongoing support throughout business establishment process

Collaborate with government entities and regulatory bodies

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

Proven experience in business consulting or business setup advisory

Extensive knowledge of UAE business registration procedures

Strong understanding of local commercial regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Essential Skills

Proficiency in explaining complex legal and regulatory information

Sales-oriented approach

Problem-solving capabilities

Client relationship management

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Background in business administration, law, or related field

Previous experience with international business setup

Familiarity with various business zones in UAE

Knowledge of different business structures (LLC, Free Zone, etc.)
