Duties & Responsibilities

As a Business Process Lead at Dicetek LLC, you will be responsible for preparing and improving various business processes within Global Transaction Banking (GTB). You will work closely with the Business Process Manager to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance products rolled out in respective units. Your key responsibilities will include:

Process Management: Creating and managing process documents effectively and accurately to streamline business operations.

Project Leadership: Leading and managing business process improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and integration.

Visualization Tools: Utilizing visualizing tools such as MS Office, Visio, and other market-demanded tools to represent process flows and data.

Banking Expertise: Applying your experience in transaction banking (Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance) to improve banking processes.

Digital Transformation: Contributing to banking digital transformation initiatives and integration projects to enhance service delivery.

Business Knowledge: Leveraging your knowledge of banking, finance, and IT support functions to align process improvements with business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, project management, or business analysis.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using visualizing tools such as MS Office, Visio, and other relevant software.

Banking Experience: Strong understanding of transaction banking, including Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance.

Digital Transformation: Knowledge of banking digital transformation and integration projects.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of banking, finance, and IT support functions.
