Key Responsibilities:
Operational Risk Management: Conduct and manage operational risk assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Fraud Risk Detection: Develop and implement fraud detection systems and procedures to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines specific to digital banking business services.
Risk Mitigation Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive risk mitigation plans.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, including findings and recommendations, for senior management.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on risk management practices and regulatory compliance.
Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on risk management and compliance procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in operational risk management and fraud detection.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry, preferably digital banking.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Operational Risk Management: Proven experience in managing operational risks, including risk assessments and mitigation.
Fraud Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in fraud risk detection and management.
Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements within the banking environment, particularly in digital banking.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey risk management concepts to various stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
