Duties & Responsibilities

As a Business Lead at Dicetek LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various projects within the IT Services and IT Consulting domain, with a focus on Agile development methodologies. Your key duties will include:

Leading and managing projects related to mobile applications, mobile operating systems, and digital banking/finance applications.

Ensuring the alignment of digital developments with customer expectations, particularly from a corporate banking perspective.

Delivering corporate banking channels using Agile development methodology.

Providing expertise in the Global Transaction Banking domain and understanding the functionalities of Corporate Channels.

Managing project tools such as JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC, and others to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.

Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and innovations in digital banking products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years in a Business Lead role, specifically involving Agile projects.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mobile applications, mobile operating systems, and digital banking/finance applications.

Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital banking products and services, particularly in corporate banking.

Project Management: Proven experience in delivering corporate banking channels using Agile methodologies.

Global Transaction Banking: In-depth understanding of the Global Transaction Banking domain and the operations of Corporate Channels.

Project Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using project management tools like JIRA, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, HP-QC, etc.
