About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our staffing and contract staffing division. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales professional with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Strategy

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the staffing and contract staffing industry

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational targets

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitive landscapes

Create and present compelling sales proposals to prospective clients

Client and Candidate Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Thoroughly understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions

Negotiate and close contracts with both clients and candidates

Provide ongoing support throughout the entire staffing process

Operational Excellence

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in staffing

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment and staffing ecosystem

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, specifically in:

Executive Search

Outsourcing

Overseas Hiring

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry

Exceptional negotiation and closing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
