Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Contribute to the development of business development strategies and plans
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)
