Job Overview: We are currently hiring an experienced Business Development Officer for a reputed facilities management company in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing new opportunities, and strengthening long-term client relationships while contributing directly to the expansion of the organization’s portfolio in the UAE market.
Responsibilities & Market Research: The core responsibility includes conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, potential growth areas, and upcoming industry trends. This data-driven approach will help shape future business strategies and allow the company to stay ahead in a competitive environment.
Sales Strategy Development: The officer will develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue objectives. This includes planning short-term and long-term growth plans, identifying target clients, and positioning the organization’s services to meet customer needs effectively.
Lead Generation & Client Engagement: A key focus of this role will be managing lead generation activities, approaching potential clients, and nurturing professional relationships. The officer will play a vital role in preparing tailored proposals and presentations that showcase the value of the company’s facilities management solutions.
Negotiation & Contract Management: The role also involves leading negotiations, drafting agreements, and managing contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Strong collaboration with internal departments such as operations, finance, and legal teams will be required to execute deals smoothly.
Networking & Industry Insights: The officer will be expected to actively engage in networking activities by attending industry events, building professional connections, and sharing insights that will support strategic partnerships.
