About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) Liner Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping and logistics, with proven experience in business development within the NVOCC sector.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in NVOCC operations and business development

Strong understanding of liner shipping and container operations

Track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management

Knowledge of international shipping routes and trade lanes

Familiarity with shipping documentation and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies for NVOCC services

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the shipping market

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and partners

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery

Achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives

Represent the company at industry events and meetings

Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to management
