Job Overview

IST Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, industry-specific knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify New Business Opportunities:

Develop strategies to increase revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Presentations and Proposals:

Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage and track sales pipeline and report on progress to senior management.

Deal Negotiation and Closure:

Negotiate and close deals with clients.

Networking:

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

Product and Market Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and competitive landscape.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Experience and Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field.

Industry-specific knowledge and expertise.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
