Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at GRG. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our business within the pharmaceutical industry in Jeddah and the surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving business growth and building long-term client relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, partners, and competitors.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs, ensuring high client satisfaction.

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their continued business.

Sales and Marketing:

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development efforts.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

Use market insights to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and progress towards targets.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Deep understanding of the Jeddah and surrounding areas market.

Skills:

Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PowerApps.

Other Requirements:

Must be currently based in Jeddah.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
