Duties & Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients through various channels such as online research, networking, referrals, and field visits.

Make cold calls for client acquisition.

Regularly visit and engage with identified Potential Channel Partners (PCPs) to generate leads and enquiries.

Pursue PCPs for receipt of orders and appoint them as New Channel Partners (NCP).

Interact closely with new and existing channel partners.

Liaise with interior designers, architects, contractors, and channel partners for project enquiries and orders.

Generate project leads by visiting project sites and exploring the Project Partner network.

Actively work to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Prepare detailed MIS reports related to visits and outcomes of meetings, and weekly and monthly order forecasts.

Skills / Experience

6-8 years of experience in revenue generation and field sales, preferably in the building material industry – interior, fit-outs, projects.

Strong analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships with customers and channel partners.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Proficiency in preparing and updating daily and weekly field sales reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM software.

Familiarity with field sales marketing strategies and techniques.
