SSA Ltd, a British construction recruitment firm operating in Dubai, is looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong network of A&D and real estate clients. This is a role for someone who understands that in the high-end villa market, business development is not about cold calls. It is about being the person people call when they need a fit-out partner they can rely on.

This is a role for someone with a strong network of architecture and design firms and real estate clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for a leading luxury villa fit-out contractor. You will build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, real estate agencies, and private clients. You will prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations, coordinate with the project and estimation teams, and manage the sales process from first conversation to signed contract. You will also attend industry events, stay close to market trends, and identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals. Your ability to open doors and build trust will directly shape the company's growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in business development within the A&D, real estate, or luxury fit-out sectors. You have an established network of contacts who can generate opportunities, and you understand the dynamics of high-end residential projects. You are a confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, and skilled at negotiating and closing deals. You are proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The salary is up to AED 25,000 per month, plus commission.
