Role Overview – Al Bonian FM is hiring a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for ambitious sales and business professionals with strong business development expertise, financial services knowledge, and the ability to identify market opportunities effectively, build strategic partnerships, generate revenue growth, develop client relationships, and contribute to organizational expansion within a dynamic financial services organization.
Market Opportunity Identification and Analysis – You will identify market opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching target segments, and assessing business potential. You will evaluate market gaps, monitor competitive landscape, and identify growth opportunities supporting organizational expansion. You will conduct market research and provide strategic insights guiding business development strategy.
Strategic Partnership Development – You will develop strategic partnerships by identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and establishing mutually beneficial relationships. You will manage partnership activities, coordinate joint initiatives, and maximize partnership value. You will build collaborative relationships supporting organizational growth objectives.
Client Relationship Building and Management – You will build strong client relationships by understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust, support client success, and identify additional business opportunities with existing clients. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric in all interactions.
Sales Pipeline Development – You will develop robust sales pipelines by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and managing sales progression. You will track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and support timely deal closure. You should maintain organized, healthy sales pipelines supporting revenue targets.
Business Proposal Development and Presentation – You will develop compelling business proposals by understanding client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals persuasively. You will customize proposals, address client concerns, and secure client buy-in. You
