Job Description

Role Overview – The Business Development Manager will identify and secure B2B sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the real estate sector.

Client Acquisition – Research, identify, and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities and partnerships in alignment with company goals.

Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement B2B sales strategies, monitor KPIs, and optimize processes to achieve sales targets effectively.

Relationship Management – Maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business opportunities.

Market Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and provide reports to management on sales performance and market insights.
