Job Overview: A dynamic and driven Business Development Manager is needed for a leading Events Agency in Dubai. This position plays a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering compelling event proposals.

Market Development: The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building pipelines, and converting opportunities into revenue through targeted outreach and relationship building within the UAE market.

Client Engagement: You’ll establish strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, deeply understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in the form of creative event proposals and professional presentations.

Event Sales Strategy: With proven experience in event management, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of effective strategies that drive business growth while aligning with agency goals.

Proposal & Contract Management: You will confidently present quotations and service agreements to clients, negotiate terms professionally, and follow through on contract closures and renewals.

Market Insight: Excellent knowledge of local venues, event trends, and key industry contacts will allow you to leverage insider knowledge to stay ahead of competitors and win new business.

Leadership & Problem Solving: As a natural leader, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, guide junior staff, and resolve client challenges efficiently to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
