Job Description

Position Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

Create and execute market penetration strategies

Manage sales forecasting and budgeting processes

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with HoReCa establishments

Develop partnerships with key distribution channels

Negotiate contracts and service agreements

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Manage client feedback and resolution processes

Business Operations

Oversee inventory planning and management

Generate and analyze business reports

Monitor sales performance metrics

Ensure timely collections and credit policy compliance

Coordinate with internal teams for efficient delivery

Market Development

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Identify emerging trends and opportunities

Develop innovative solutions for market expansion

Create and implement demand generation strategies

Lead market penetration initiatives

Required Qualifications

MBA in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

5-6 years of experience in HoReCa sales within the UAE

Proven track record in business development

Strong understanding of the UAE food service industry

Excellence in relationship building and networking

Technical Skills

Advanced sales forecasting abilities

Proficiency in CRM systems

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent presentation abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Personal Qualities

Industry Knowledge

Deep understanding of HoReCa sector
