Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our IT staffing and outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic relationship builder with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT staffing and contract staffing sectors

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and analyze competitive landscapes

Craft compelling sales proposals and effectively present them to prospective clients

Negotiate and successfully close contracts with both clients and candidates

Provide end-to-end support throughout the staffing process, ensuring client and candidate satisfaction

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on IT staffing or outsourcing services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities

Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets

Strong understanding of the IT staffing and recruitment landscape

Preferred Skills:

Background in technical recruitment or IT services

Experience in the UAE or Middle Eastern market

Multilingual capabilities

Advanced presentation and proposal development skills
