About the Client:

A renowned interior design firm based in Dubai, specializing in customized solutions for commercial spaces.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire customer lifecycle and seeking out new market opportunities to enhance profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Cultivate business within targeted segments and build lasting relationships with consultants, architects, project managers, corporate clients, and other key sectors.

Customer Management: Oversee the entire customer journey, from lead generation and inquiries to presentations, project tracking, after-sales support, payment collection, and relationship management.

Market Intelligence: Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to increase business profitability.

Quotation Review: Ensure accuracy and completeness of quotations before presenting them to clients.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain weekly sales reports and other ad hoc reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Nationality: Open to Asian, Arabic, and CIS nationalities.

Age: 45 years or younger.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within interior fit-out and furnishing projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
