Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at MIDMAC Contracting Company, you will play a critical role in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian construction market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion. This position involves leading strategic business development initiatives, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

Opportunity Identification: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry in Saudi Arabia.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.

Strategic Planning: Lead the creation and implementation of strategic business development plans to meet company objectives.

Presentation and Pitching: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize business contracts, agreements, and partnerships to drive revenue and achieve targets.

Activity Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Client Engagement: Engage and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers through exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

Results-Oriented: Focus on achieving and surpassing business development targets and objectives with a results-driven approach.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration/Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience: Proven track record in business development within the construction industry, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market.

Skills: Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, market opportunities, and business strategies.

Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with effective communication skills in both languages.

Attributes: Strategic thinker, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-oriented and target-driven.
